As Synergy's Head of Building Management, Arthur is the direct report for each building manager as well as the direct client point of contact for all Account Management-related items. Arthur is highly experienced in all aspects of asset management, capital works planning and execution as well as being a great communicator. Arthur will be working with you from inception, roll out and setup, as well as the ongoing management of your account and building.
